About CARE

The Campus Assessment, Resources and Education (CARE) Team is committed to taking a holistic approach to help our students succeed while addressing any challenges they may be experiencing to meet their basic needs, such as food, housing, transportation, childcare, and legal aid.

On-campus and off-campus resources are often provided to students to help meet their short-term and long-term needs with the goal of improving the outcomes of their academic and personal success. For more information and how to be referred for CARE services, please visit the CARE webpage.

How to Reach Us

The CARE Team is available in-person or remotely (via ZOOM, phone, or email) by appointment and by walk-in (based on availability) at the following locations and times:

• Oceanside Campus, Student Services (Building 14), First Floor, Room 14107
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• San Elijo Campus, Student Center (Building 900)
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Community Learning Center, Student Services (Building 300), Room CLC330
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
